From our base at Belturbet on the shores of the River Erne you can explore the marvellous labyrinth of waters and islands of the Upper Lough Erne and further afield, Lower Lough Erne. These clear blue waters are an angler's paradise and there are numerous moorings to indulge your pleasure or to simply relax and soak up the peace and tranquillity of these magical surroundings.

Transfers and Groceries
The base can arrange transfers from your arrival point to the base and can also do your food and drink shopping to stock up your boat before you arrive. A link to the order forms will be sent following your final payment for the boating holiday.
Base Opening Hours
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 18:00.
Friday to Saturday: 09:00 to 20:00.
Sunday: Closed
Late Arrivals
If you are going to be arriving at the base late, you will need to inform the base directly or the general sales office where you booked. When you arrive at the base there will be a note on the reception door informing you where your boat is. The boat will be left open with the lights on for you to stay on board that night. The base staff will do the full briefing the following morning.

By Road:
Car Rental - Avis - Sligo Airport, Hertz - Sligo Airport
From Dublin Airport: Take the M50 and take the Cavan exit. Follow the N3 to Cavan town. Take the N3 out of Cavan town and take a right turn onto the N54 to Belturbet. Go straight through to the bottom of the town and take a sharp right at the bridge and then another right to the Emerald Star Marina.
Road distance is 85 miles (120 kms) 2 hours.
From Knock Airport: Take the N17 to Charlestown. Follow the N5 to Ballaghaderreen and the N5 to French park. Take the R370 to Ballinameen and follow it to Croghan and into Carrick-on-Shannon. Take the R280 towards Drumshanbo, take a right turn for Ballinamore(R208). Take the R205 to Ballyconnell and then the R197 to Belturbet. On approaching Belturbet take a left at the bridge and a sharp right to the Emerald Star Marina.
